Q. Terriforming / Building
A. Terriforming is allowed on plots greater than or equal to 1024 sqm at discretion of the estate staff.
No signs, billboards, ads, clubs or any other high lag institutions are permitted; the exception is one small shop sign on the wall of the large booths in the mall are allowed.
Keep your plot tasteful, this is a pg sim and keep the plot "clean" and "nice" looking, leaving one object on the ground does not qualify as nice looking, try some trees: p
Buildings must NOT be greater than 5 stories high or past 200m.
Do NOT litter or rez objects on other's plots unless you have permission first.
Do NOT set your buildings to full bright.
